I write about culture, identity, womanhood and the ways we make sense of ourselves and the world around us. My work spans personal essays, cultural criticism, interviews and reported features, with a particular interest in belonging, the Middle East and its diaspora, and the space between who we’re expected to be and who we choose to become.
